No. At Friendlyway, we value price transparency. The final price at the time of booking already includes basic insurance and VAT. Optional extras such as additional drivers or navigation systems are clearly displayed before you complete your booking.

We use a fair "full-to-full" fuel policy. You receive the vehicle with a full tank and please return it with a full tank as well. This way, you only pay for the fuel you actually use.

Your safety is our top priority. All vehicles are fully comprehensively insured. In case of a breakdown, you can reach our hotline (the number can be found in your rental documents). In the event of an accident, the police must be notified. Please note that the excess in case of damage is CHF 1,500.00 for both liability and comprehensive insurance.

Yes, we remain flexible. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the rental begins. For last-minute changes, please contact our customer service directly.

We have updated our policy to make your rental experience even smoother: no security deposit is required upon collection. You can pick up your vehicle without any mandatory funds being reserved or held on your payment method. Simply return the car in its original condition, and you’ll only ever be charged for your rental rate and any selected add-ons.
